How to Begin Working Together
Step 1: Request an Appointment
Start by completing a Request an Appointment form.
On the form, you’ll:
Share what you’re looking for support with
Indicate your preferred method of contact (email or phone)
Provide basic insurance information (if applicable)
This helps ensure we’re a good fit before scheduling and allows me to reach out in the way that works best for you.
Step 2: I’ll Reach Out
Once your request is reviewed, you’ll be contacted directly to:
Confirm services and availability
Review insurance coverage or payment options
Answer any initial questions
This step is not a counseling session, but an opportunity to decide how to best work together.
Step 3: Schedule Your Initial Appointment
If we’re a good fit, you’ll be invited to schedule your initial nutrition therapy session.
In your first appointment, we’ll:
Review your health history and goals
Discuss your relationship with food
Identify areas where support will be most helpful
Begin building a realistic, personalized plan together
Appointments are conducted virtually (unless otherwise noted).
